Có những vai trò không đến từ sự chuẩn bị, mà từ một khoảnh khắc ai đó tin mình đủ sức gánh vác. Với anh Nguyễn Hồ Bá Doãn, khoảnh khắc ấy đến chỉ sau vài tháng gia nhập CLB Cầu lông Đà Nẵng của ZIGExN VeNtura, khi anh bất ngờ được trao vị trí Club Leader. Đứng sau nhịp sinh hoạt đều đặn của CLB là hành trình anh dần quen với một vai trò trước đây anh chưa từng nghĩ mình sẽ đảm nhận. Qua chia sẻ của anh, câu chuyện không chỉ dừng lại ở những pha cầu bất ngờ hay trận thua khiến cả sân bật cười, mà còn là cách một vai trò mới lặng lẽ rèn cho anh sự tự tin và kỹ năng kết nối chưa từng có trước đó. Và có lẽ, phần thưởng lớn nhất sau mỗi buổi lên sân không nằm ở tỷ số, mà ở cách cả nhóm vẫn cười với nhau dù thắng hay thua.

Không chạy theo thành tích hay quy mô, CLB Cầu lông HCM tại ZIGExN VeNtura chọn cho mình một nhịp sinh hoạt giản dị, ra sân hết mình và thoải mái kết nối sau giờ làm. Đứng sau nhịp độ ổn định ấy là anh Vũ Văn Phố, hiện là Web Developer kiêm Club Leader mới của CLB. Qua chia sẻ của anh, câu chuyện không chỉ dừng lại ở những pha cầu nảy lửa mà còn là hành trình chuyển mình từ một người tham gia năng nổ đến vai trò "giữ lửa" cho cả tập thể. Chính từ những buổi tập đều đặn ấy, khoảng cách giữa các đồng nghiệp đã dần mờ đi từ lúc nào không hay.
