With 10+ years in HR at Japanese companies, I specialize in managing large-scale operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. After transitioning from factory to back-office roles in headhunting and trading, I now focus on HR strategies and employee engagement to drive company growth.

Joined ZIGExN VeNtura in 2022 as the first member of the Hanoi office, initially as Senior Developer for the used car project. Became Team Leader in 2023, driving project improvements and expanding the Hanoi office. Took on the R&D Team Leader role in 2024, supporting company-wide projects and growth.

With extensive experience in software development across Japan, Europe, and Vietnam, I joined ZIGExN VeNtura in 2023 as a Team Leader and the first official member of the Da Nang branch. I lead teams, optimize workflows, and contribute to real estate and recruitment projects for the Japanese market while supporting the branch’s strategic growth.

After working on diverse projects for a Japanese outsourcing company from 2018 to 2022, joined ZIGExN VeNtura in 2022 as a developer in the used car project. In 2023, became the first developer and team leader for the Airplane/Hotel booking project, contributing to both the project's success and the company's growth.

Joined the real estate project in 2020, leading innovation in real estate services. Later, moved to the recruitment project to improve performance and collaboration while also leading initiatives in Learning and Development to support company growth.
